I truly love Vienna! Probably because I have so many beautiful memories of this city and its people. I have met some of my best friends while living there during studies. We had a really crazy time. Many years have passed since then, but I can still say, that were the best 3 years of my life (so far!!!). We visit Vienna at least once a year and there is always something new to discover! Vienna is a beautiful mix of tradition and modern trends. I love the culture, the food, the climate ... everything.
At our last trip we discovered a great new hotel, called Schani. What is so great about it? Besides the really great value for money, it is new, trendy and cosy, and most of all, it has a really great location. It's located next to the Vienna Central Rail Station at the outer end of district 3 (walking distance to Palace Belvedere!). Right in front of the Hotel entrance is the starting station of Tram "D" - which takes you directly to the mayor Tourist Sights (Belvedere Palace, Karlsplatz, National Opera, Hofburg Palace, Rathaus...)
The Schani is a SMART Hotel, with individual room selection, online check-in, room key on your smartphone and a coworking space in the lobby. We especially loved the colorful interior and smart design. The coffee was good and breakfast as well :)
